Overview: The Takeda Momentum Intake System appears to be focused on airflow improvements rather than signal tweaking. When the EcuTek is added to the mix, the performance available from the intake start to shine. Improved horsepower and torque production were both easily realized with some minor tuning changes. However, EcuTek tuning is a must to realize peak power with this intake system.

Takeda intake dyno

Peak Results- HP:+5.74 @ 7000 RPM TQ:+5.77 @ 4650 RPM

Max Gains- HP: +12.65 @ 7200 RPM TQ: +15.79 @ 4200RPM

Tech Notes: The Takeda Momentum Intake System performed consistently well through the entire RPM range. The synergistic effects of the EcuTek and Takeda intake were apparent through the entire RPM range, but most significant from 3,750 to 4,750 RPM.
